Trade Contractor Prequalification Begins for Onslow County
The prequalification process has started for supplier and trade contractors who are interested in bidding the new 9,567-SF pre-engineered metal building expansion to the existing Onslow County Warehouse Building. The new addition will tie into the existing building to accommodate a larger warehouse, a new loading dock, offices, conference room, administrative area, breakroom and restrooms. Work consists of a full site package including site clearing, grading, utilities, storm system and retention pond, retaining wall, and landscaping. New sprinkler, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems will be included in the new addition. For information on how to prequalify for this project contact Greg Driver, project executive.
