Muter Selected for Duke University’s Center for Documentary Film Studies Restoration
Muter Construction was selected as the general contractor for the Center for Documentary Film Studies restoration project at Duke University. The project addresses deficiencies across the exterior facade, porch, terrace, balcony and roofs of the historic Lyndhurst House which houses the Center. Work includes asphalt shingle and low-slope roof replacement, window replacement, facade and masonry repairs, a crawlspace vapor barrier and interior and exterior painting. Historic building elements and finishes are protected throughout construction.
