Healthcare Superintendents
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of related experience in acute healthcare construction. Required certifications include: ICRA (preferred), CHC, OSHA 30 and valid Drivers License. Candidates must have a strong understanding of MEP systems in a healthcare setting; an ability to collaborate and work with owners, architects, subcontractors and end-users; and have strong people management skills with an emphasis on communication and problem solving. Experience with Procore (preferred) and MS Office 365. Duties include:

Healthcare Project Managers
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of related experience in acute healthcare construction. Required certifications include: ICRA (preferred), CHC, OSHA 30 and valid Drivers License. Candidates must have a strong understanding of MEP systems in a healthcare setting; an ability to collaborate and work with owners, architects, subcontractors and end-users; and have strong people management skills with an emphasis on communication and problem solving. Experience with Procore (preferred); project budgeting/forecasting skills; ability to generate actionable schedules to ensure on-time project delivery (MS Project); and MS Office 365. Duties include:

Superintendents
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of related experience in commercial construction (new construction and renovation) delivered under design-bid-build, design-build and construction manager at risk delivery methods. Prefer OSHA 30 (will train) certification. A valid Drivers License is required. Candidates must have an ability to collaborate and work with owners, architects, subcontractors and end-users; and have strong people management skills with an emphasis on communication and problem solving. Experience with Procore (preferred) and MS Office 365. Duties include:

Project Managers

Candidates must have an ability to collaborate and work with owners, architects, subcontractors and end-users; and have strong people management skills with an emphasis on communication and problem solving. Experience with Procore (preferred) and MS Office 365. Duties include:

Project Closeout Coordinator
Candidates for this position are highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role exists to bring consistency, early ownership and clear accountability to closeout – from project kickoff through final release of retention. Candidates must have an ability to collaborate and work with owners, subcontractors and end-users; and have strong people management skills with an emphasis on effective communication. Experience with Procore (preferred) and MS Office 365. Duties include:
