Preconstruction Managers
We are looking for Preconstruction Managers with 5+ years of experience managing preconstruction services for projects over $5M under various delivery methods, including design/build and Construction Manager at Risk. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will lead estimating, constructability review and value analysis; perform take-offs, subcontractor solicitations, maintain estimates and final client deliverables. You are responsible for understanding individual delivery methods, understanding scopes of work to bid, distributing bid packages, assisting with review and evaluation of bids and proposals from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, and preparation of cost analysis and negotiation and approval of contracts for selected subcontractors.

Healthcare Project Managers
We are looking for Project Managers who are HCC (Health Care Certificate) certified (or have similar training) and have 3+ years of experience managing healthcare projects in hospital and acute care facilities. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall coordination of assigned projects for timely and profitable completion in a professional manner. You work with owners, architects and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to the project.

Healthcare Superintendents – Eastern North Carolina
We are looking for Superintendents who are HCC (Health Care Certificate) certified (or have similar training) and have 3+ years of experience managing healthcare projects in hospital and acute care facilities. As a Superintendent, you are responsible for all project field operations. You will coordinate all operations on-site from the beginning to the end of each project. Ability to travel required.

Assistant Project Managers
We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to work on various projects under various delivery methods, including general contracting, design/build and Construction Manager at Risk. As an Assistant Project Manager, you assist Project Managers with the overall coordination of assigned projects for timely and profitable completion in a professional manner. You work with owners, architects and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to the project. This is an early career placement; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Project Managers
We are looking for Project Managers with 5+ years of experience managing commercial projects over $5M under various delivery methods, including general contracting, design/build and Construction Manager at Risk. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall coordination of assigned projects for timely and profitable completion in a professional manner. You work with owners, architects and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to the project. You are responsible for ensuring that management is accurately and fully informed of project costs as compared to budgets through monthly reports.
