Healthcare Superintendents – Eastern North Carolina
We are looking for Superintendents who are HCC (Health Care Certificate) certified (or similar training) with 3+ years of experience managing healthcare projects in hospital and acute care facilities. As a Superintendent, you are responsible for all field operations of a project. You will coordinate all operations on-site from the beginning to the end of each project. Ability to travel required.

Assistant Project Managers
We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to work on a variety of projects under a variety of delivery methods, including general contracting, design/build and Construction Manager at Risk. As an Assistant Project Manager, you assist Project Managers with the overall coordination of assigned projects for timely and profitable completion in a professional manner. You work with owners, architects and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to the project. This is an early career placement; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Project Managers
We are looking for Project Managers with 5+ years of experience managing commercial projects in excess of $5M under a variety of delivery methods, including general contracting, design/build and Construction Manager at Risk. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall coordination of assigned projects for timely and profitable completion in a professional manner. You work with owners, architects and subcontractors to resolve any issues related to the project and are responsible for ensuring that management is accurately and fully informed of project costs as compared to budgets through monthly reports.

Internship Cohort Summer 2024 – Raleigh, Appalachian State University, East Carolina University
Are you looking for a fantastic internship where you get hands-on experience in all facets of construction? Look no further! We offer multi-summer internships with rotations in the field, superintending, project management and preconstruction estimating. As an intern, you will work approximately 40 hours a week for the duration of the 10-week internship session. In addition, you will participate in educational sessions and a capstone presentation project to the Executive Leadership Team at the end of your session. Current placement is available on jobsites at Appalachian State University and East Carolina University. Students should be currently enrolled and pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
