Muter + CT Wilson Selected as CMR for $18M NCDOA Downtown Government Complex Consolidation
The Muter Construction + CT Wilson Joint Venture Partnership has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the NCDOA’s $18M Downtown Government Complex Consolidation and Renovation Project! The project includes consolidating and renovating existing spaces within the New Education Building, Albemarle Building, Old Revenue Building and Phillips Building. Our team will deliver the projects in phases to accommodate expedited occupancy for the State. We are thrilled to partner with long-time friends CT Wilson and the talented designers at O’Brien Atkins on this important project for the State of North Carolina.
