­­The WROC Building project included an 81,000-SF interior renovation of a commercial office building including office upgrades, glass-fronted conference rooms, installation of new metal stairs and glass skylight and the addition of an exterior canopy. The Soabar Building renovation included a 106,000-SF interior and exterior renovation of the maintenance facility including interior upgrades, high-bay maintenance areas and warehouse space. Exterior renovations included parking expansion and site improvements.
