Stanford L. Warren Library

Muter Construction provided general contracting services for the historic Stanford L. Warren Library in Durham. Phase I included extensive repair and improvements to the building envelope and site improvements. Phase II involved interior renovations and improvements. The Library has a rich history as a key cultural institution in Durham’s African-American community and is a cornerstone of the City.
