SPC Mechanical Headquarters

The SPC Mechanical Headquarters is the company’s flagship facility, measuring 43,000 square feet over three stories and situated on a 12-acre campus in Eastern Wake County. The project features a monumental staircase with aircraft pulled cable and wood treads with perforated metal risers. A specially-commissioned artistic sculpture reaches from the lobby to the second floor and exposed ceilings showcase copper piping and ductwork illustrating the company’s work. The Headquarters includes state-of-the-art offices, a full gymnasium, shower facilities, meeting rooms and conference areas as well as an expansive break room. A patio and deck span the rear of the building, overlooking the Buffalo Creek and surrounding natural areas.
