Old Revenue Building

Procured as an Emergency Contract, work included consolidating and renovating existing spaces within the Old Revenue Building totaling 45,000 SF. The full office space renovation included complete interior demolition, installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and creation of 100+ glass fronted office spaces. During construction, the lower floors of the building remained fully occupied. A detailed logistics plan was created with construction areas clearly marked and points of egress identified to ensure safety of building tenants. To move materials, an exterior buck hoist was erected along the exterior of the building and an exterior trash chute was installed.
