King Hall at UNCW

This project includes renovations to King Hall on the UNCW campus. King Hall is two stories and measures 22,298 sqft. The renovation includes code deficiency corrections, a new fire alarm system, mechanical and electrical upgrades, programmatic renovations to the second floor to accommodate the Honors College and new finishes in the public spaces on the first floor.

This project is being delivered under a CM at Risk contract and is slated for completion in Fall 2024.
