Howell Science Complex at ECU

The Howell Science Building South Renovation project is estimated at $30M and includes a renovation to the existing structure that was built in 1969. The facility includes three separate towers with connectors for a total of approximately 127,794 SF. Work will address deferred maintenance throughout, including building systems, life safety, accessibility, code compliance and abatement.
