Fayetteville PWC Fleet Maintenance Facility

Renovation of a 28,481 SF two-story maintenance garage facility and one-story 12,150 SF addition to accommodate the City of Fayetteville PWC’s Fleet Maintenance Facility. The facility offers a full spectrum of cutting-edge fleet management and maintenance services. Space includes automotive workshop areas, tooling and fabrication space, high bays with specialized lifts and overhead cranes, administrative offices, and warehouse space. Exterior features a split-face block façade and interior finishes include vinyl composite tile and epoxy flooring. The facility will accommodate a variety of different vehicle sizes and weights for the City’s expansive fleet.
