App State STEM 1

Muter Construction is delivering CMR services for the STEM 1 Building, the centerpiece for Appalachian State University’s Innovation District. Working with our JV Partner, Greene Construction, we will deliver this unique project which measures approximately 35,000 SF and includes space for the University’s Biology Department, research and teaching.
