Center for Biodiversity and Educational Research (CBEAR) at App State
Muter Construction is delivering CMR services for the $54M Conservatory for Biodiversity and Educational Research (CBEAR) at Appalachian State University. Working with our JV Partner, Greene Construction, we will deliver this unique project which will measure approximately 46,656 SF and include space for the University’s Biology Department, research and teaching at the center of App State’s new Innovation District. CBEAR’s design team is being led by Lord Aeck Sargent and will pursue Living Building Challenge (LBC) Core Certification.
