UNCW Alderman Hall

This project includes renovations to Alderman Hall which originally opened in 1961. Alderman Hall was one of the three original buildings on the UNCW campus, along with James Hall and Hoggard Hall. The original function for this building, as administrative offices, is much the same as its current use. Alderman Hall is home to the Office of the Chancellor and offices for the University Administration The renovation included envelope repairs, code deficiency corrections, mechanical and electrical replacements and new finishes.
