Alderman Hall at UNCW

This project includes renovations to Alderman Hall on the UNCW campus. Alderman Hall spans two floors, measures 26,108 sqft and was constructed in 1960.  The structure is load-bearing CMU with steel beams, floor joists and roof trusses and the single-story portion of the building has a precast double-T roof structure. The renovation includes envelope repairs, code deficiency corrections, mechanical and electrical replacements and new finishes.
