Albemarle Building
Procured as an Emergency Contract, work included consolidating and renovating existing spaces within Floors 6-11 of the Albemarle Building. The full office space renovation included complete interior demolition and construction of 70+ glass fronted office spaces. During construction, the lower floors of the building remained fully occupied. A detailed logistics plan was created with construction areas clearly marked and points of egress identified to ensure safety of building tenants. The project was delivered in phases to allow expedited occupancy of the space.
