NCDOA Downtown Government Complex

The Muter Construction + CT Wilson Joint Venture Partnership is working as the Construction Manager at Risk for the NCDOA’s $18M Downtown Government Complex Consolidation and Renovation Project. The project includes consolidating and renovating existing spaces within the New Education Building, Albemarle Building, Old Revenue Building and Phillips Building. Our team will deliver the projects in phases to accommodate expedited occupancy for the State.
