ECU Jones + Legacy Hall Renovations
Project Description
Renovations to Jones and Legacy Halls includes complete bathroom renovation, potential removal of steam radiators and associated piping from rooms and bathrooms, replacement window units that provide heat and cooling to bedrooms, RTUs to provide conditioned air in the bathrooms and building core, room and corridor finish upgrades, window replacement and roof replacement. Additional renovations to Legacy include an elevator addition, relocating the main entrance to ground level and basement renovation.
