WROC Building Renovation is a phased and partial interior renovation of existing office and conference room spaces to accommodate the current and future needs of the Water Resources Department. Work includes reconfigured office and conference spaces, renovated restrooms, a new interior stair and skylight cut into the existing floor and roof system, and a new exterior canopy over an existing entrance. Mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems are a part of the project. Coordination with the owner’s furniture vendor is part of the project.

Soabar Building Renovation is a partial interior renovation combined with new exterior canopy additions, comprehensive site work across the property, and a new freestanding truck wash bay building. Work includes renovating and reconfiguring office and restroom areas, subdividing storage area for truck parking and secure storage, and new rolling service doors through the exterior walls. Mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems are a part of the project. Coordination with the owner’s furniture vendor is part of the project.
