Kenly Town Hall
Renovations for the Kenly Town Hall project included re-purposing the existing KS Bank to accommodate a new Town Hall. The new Town Hall facility encompasses 4,300 sf and includes substantial Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance upgrades as well as efficient space planning and upgraded finishes. While the existing Town Hall measured 6,900 sf, the space was not efficient for the needs of the town. The decision to renovate the old bank building for the Town Hall will likely result in a 50% savings in utilities, while affording the town a more efficient facility.
Muter Construction completed this project in November 2013, three months ahead of schedule!
