Zebulon, N.C. – January 26, 2020 – Muter Construction was the proud recipient of the 2019 Carolinas AGC Pinnacle Award for the Country Club of Landfall Clubhouse which consisted of 12,000 square feet of high-end renovations. “The membership wanted their club to better reflect the social attitude of the club and their enjoyment of the outdoors.” said Jessi Reutter, GM/COO of Country Club of Landfall.
In order to provide uninterrupted service for Landfall’s members, Muter Construction was tasked with ensuring the club remained fully operational throughout construction. In addition to the logistical challenges of working in an occupied facility, the team successfully completed the nine-month schedule despite several challenges, such as Category 4 Hurricane Florence.
The Muter Construction team’s flexibility and determination delivered a project that benefitted the client with significant savings as well as increased club membership. “We have seen our member usage increase significantly due to the quality of Muter’s renovation, as well as an increase in new members with nearly 100 new memberships following the grand re-opening. Muter Construction knocked it out of the park” commented Jessi Reutter.
