Shelley Lake Park Comfort Station

The project entails construction of a new comfort station and the demolition of portions of the existing comfort station. There will be demolition and minor renovation to the existing toilet/observation building and this will be an add alternate. The project includes electrical, plumbing and minor HVAC. Paving and accessible parking will be included as an add alternate.

Wilmington Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse Renovation
